By accessing and using Pulse Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Pulse Analytics provides real-time analytics and insights for Shopify stores. We aggregate data from your store to deliver actionable metrics and reports.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must have authorization to connect the Shopify store to our service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated scripts to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
• All fees are in GBP and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any store data, customer information, or analytics insights generated from your data.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data may be deleted after 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Pulse Analytics is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Analytics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
